About: Tien Tsin Peppe is a premium spice named after the province in China in which they are harvested. Pronounced "tea-in sin". Tein Tsin Pepper is prevalent in Asian cuisine, particularly Szechuan and Hunan cooking. Tein Tsin Pepper might be small but they pack a surprisingly spicy punch making it perfect to infuse oils, vodkas or other spirits.
