Shipping Policy
Raw Essential Shipping Offers two (2) Shipping Options:
- Standard (2-5 Transit Days - Monday through Friday)
If an order is under $40 then a $13.04 flat shipping charge will be added to the Shopping Cart total during Checkout. Order Placed after 2:00 pm Central Time will not be processed until the next business day.
Standard Shipping Rates based on the weight of order:
(0lb-4lb) = $13.04
(5lb-6lb) = $14.13
(7lb-8lb) = $14.60
(9lb-10lb) = $15.64
Free Standard (2-5 Transit Days - Monday through Friday)
Orders over $49* will automatically receive free standard shipping anywhere in the Continental US. Orders placed after 12:00 pm Central Time will not be processed until the next business day.
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, please notify Raw Essentials of the return within five (5) days following receipt. We will gladly return or exchange your product free of charge. The product must be returned within ten (10) days of receipt in the original packaging (if possible) for a full refund or credit.
Shipping Fees
Raw Essentials is unable to refund the shipping fees (if charged) for your original order. New shipping fees for a return or exchange will not be applied if the return or exchange is required due to an error on the part of Raw Essentials. The customer will be responsible for shipping fees to return product that was mistakenly ordered or no longer needed. In the event product is to be returned due to an error on the part of Raw Essentials, an electronic label “calltag” will be emailed to the customer for return via UPS delivery services with the shipping fees paid. A “call-tag” will be issued when economically feasible for the return of the product.
*For large or bulk orders, additional shipping costs may apply due to the increased size or weight of the shipment. These costs are determined based on standard carrier rates and will be communicated to the customer prior to order processing. We strive to provide the most cost-effective shipping options while ensuring your products arrive safely and promptly.
Damaged Product
Products that are damaged during transit will not require a return. The customer must provide photographs of the damaged product within three (3) business days of receipt of the damaged product and packaging in which the product was delivered in order to receive a refund or replacement of the product that was damaged. Please refer to “Appendix A” for further guidelines of photographic evidence of damages.
Restocking Fees and Disqualifying Events
Product returned within 11-45 days following receipt will be subject to a 40% restocking fee.
No return will be accepted after forty-five (45) days following receipt.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for special-order products or custom blends that are not normally stocked in our warehouses. Additionally, we do not accept returns or exchanges for products that have expired while in your possession.
