Return Policy

If you receive a damaged product from shipping or are unsatisfied with your purchase, please notify Raw Essentials within 3 days by emailing us at info@raw-essentials.com. For damaged products, we will gladly replace your item free of charge. If you are unsatisfied with your product, it must be returned within 5–10 days of receiving the package, and the items must be intact and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and refunds will be processed after the returned product is received.

Shipping Fees

Raw Essentials is unable to refund the shipping fees charged from your original order. New shipping fees for a return or exchange will not be applied if the return or exchange is required due to an error on the part of Raw Essentials. The customer will be responsible for shipping fees when returning products that were mistakenly ordered or are no longer needed. If a product is being returned due to an error on the part of Raw Essentials, an electronic label (“call tag”) will be emailed to the customer for return via UPS delivery services, with the shipping fees covered by Raw Essentials. A “call tag” will be issued when it is economically feasible for the return of the product.

Damaged Product

Products that are damaged during transit will not require a return. The customer must provide photographs of the damaged product within three (3) business days of receipt of the damaged product and packaging in which the product was delivered in order to receive a refund or replacement of the product that was damaged. Please refer to “Appendix A” for further guidelines of photographic evidence of damages.

Restocking Fees and Disqualifying Events

Products returned within 11-45 days following receipt will be subject to a 40% restocking fee.

No return will be accepted after forty-five (45) days following receipt.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on special-order products or custom blends that we do not normally stock in our warehouses.
