Sriracha Seasoning

About: Sriracha Seasoning, a specialty house blend, starts with Sriracha Chili powder which is baked Sriracha Chili sauce that is pulverized, concentrating the flavors. Given the sweet and spicy nature of this delicious ingredient, we had to create a unique savory blend taking it to a completely different level with the addition of a variety of spices. The most flavor-forward additions being the savory garlic and heat from Guajillo chiles! This blend is really delicious as a finishing seasoning on almost any dish and protein.

Sriracha Sauce comes from humble beginnings. The original Thai manufacturer uses a recipe from a 1930s Thai housewife. However, this spice only started growing in popularity in the states about a decade ago. This rise in American popularity can be linked to a spicy revolution of food palates in the mid-2000s, in which the hot sauce market saw a 150% increase. Not long after, Chefs began contriving blends to integrate Sriracha into contemporary dishes. This savory blend is made with a pulverized Sriracha with herbaceous and spicy additions creating a dynamic blend to incorporate into savory dishes.

Taste and Aroma: Hot, sweet, and tart.

Uses: Meats, marinades, BBQ sauces, meatballs, meatloaf, chicken wings, macaroni & cheese, dips, scrambled eggs, soups & noodle bowls.

To make a Sriracha Ranch Dressing Mix 2tbsp Sriracha Seasoning with 1 cup mayonnaise, ¾ cup of milk, 1tbsp Granulated Garlic, 1 tbsp Granulated Onion, 2tbsp Ranch Dressing Mix. For Sriracha Wings: Toss chicken wings with Sriracha Seasoning, using 1tbsp per lb. of chicken used, before baking.
