About: White Pepper Ground is a specialty spice mainly used in dishes that need a peppery bite but also not wanting the black flecks that usually accompany incorporation.  White Pepper Ground is less aromatic than its black counterpart with a subtle musty flavor. White Pepper Ground is made from unripened berries, while black pepper is made from fully ripened green berries.

Uses: Potatoes, white sauces & stir-fries. Commonly used in lighter colored foods & sauces where the black pepper flecks are not desired.
